- Ipotesi di progetto di ricerca: il candidato dovra'
sviluppare un progetto di ricerca, identificando una tematica legata
allo sviluppo sostenibile, tramite approcci analitici, valutativi e
di planning. Metodi e approcci di ricerca dovranno avere carattere
interdisciplinare. Il progetto dovra' far riferimento agli strumenti
di ricerca da adottare, quali: valutazione ambientale, valutazione
economica, costruzione di indicatori ed analisi multi criteria,
geographical information systems, ecc. Dovra' essere indicata
l'utilita' dei nuovi approcci nella formulazione di politiche in
funzione della sostenibilita', in particolare della governance, quali
la pianificazione partecipata, i sistemi di supporto alle decisioni,
la gestione dei cambiamenti, gli aspetti giuridici ecc. Puo'
risultare utile fare riferimento ad aree tematiche, quali: gestione
integrata delle zone costiere, analisi di rischio e bonifiche di siti
industriali, gestione integrata delle risorse idriche, governance e
societa' civile nel Mediterraneo.
Il progetto non dovra' superare i 20.000 caratteri;

DOCTORATE IN ANALYSIS AND GOVERNANCE OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Language/s the candidate must know: english.
Obligatory requirements:
- Research proposal: the candidate will be required to develop
a research project concerning sustainable development, based on
analysis, evaluation and planning. Both the research method and
approach must be interdisciplinary in nature. The project mush state
which research instruments are to be used, such as environmental
evaluation, economic evaluation, definition of indicators and
multi-criteria analysis, geographical information systems etc. The
utility of the new procedures suggested must be specified when
developing policies, in particular with regard to sustainability and
governance. These may directly involve planning, decision support
systems, change management, legal aspects etc. It may be useful to
refer to specific subject areas such as the integrated management of
coastal areas, risk analysis and redevelopment of industrial sites,
integrated management of water supplies, governance and civilian
society in the Mediterranean area.
The project length must not exceed 20.000 characters;

Other relevant qualifications:
- grade/mark of degree (or equivalent title) together with the
title of the thesis/dissertation and an extract of no more than
50.000 characters;
- masters degree or other specialisation courses;
- scientific publications together with an extract (min. 10.000

- Statement of Purpose: il candidato dovra' descrivere gli
obiettivi professionali e i potenziali interessi di ricerca nonche'
ogni altra informazione utile a valutarlo ed apprezzarlo non
altrimenti desumibile dalla restante documentazione.
La lunghezza massima dell'elaborato non deve superare i 15.000
caratteri;
- Curriculum vitae;
- voto di laurea (o titolo equivalente), incluso titolo della
tesi ed un estratto di max. 30.000 caratteri;
almeno due lettere di presentazione da docenti universitari o
ricercatori scientifici (Una lettera deve attestare anche un'adeguata
conoscenza della lingua inglese).
Altri titoli valutabili:
- master o altri corsi di specializzazione;
- pubblicazioni scientifiche, inclusi working papers;
- esperienze di ricerca presso universita' o istituti di
ricerca;
- premi e attestati;
- punteggio conseguito nel GRE e nel TOEFL.
DOCTORATE IN ECONOMICS AND ORGANISATION

Obligatory requirements:
- Statement of purpose: the candidate should describe
professional objectives and potential research interests as well as
any other piece of information which might be useful to evaluate and
appreciate his or her strengths and which is not recorded in the rest
of the documents accompanying the application.
The project length must not exceed 15.000 characters;
- Curriculum vitae;
- grade/mark of degree (or equivalent title) together with the
title of the thesis/dissertation and a summary of no more than 30.000
characters;
- at least two reference letters from professors of the
university attended by the applicant, or scientific referees, one of
which should confirm adequate knowledge of english.
Other relevant qualifications:
- master's degree or other specialisation courses;
- scientific publications and working papers;
- research experience in other universities or research
centres;
- prizes, awards or other recognitions;
- grades obtained in the GRE and in the TOEFL.
DOTTORATO IN STORIA DELL'ARCHITETTURA SCIENZA DELLE ARTI, RESTAURO

Titoli da produrre obbligatoriamente:
- Ipotesi di progetto di ricerca: il candidato dovra'
sviluppare un progetto di ricerca, identificando una tematica legata
ai propri interessi. Dovranno essere forniti elementi affinche' la
commissione possa valutare l'attitudine alla ricerca del candidato.
Il progetto non dovra' superare i 20.000 caratteri;
- Curriculum vitae: dovra' specificare la formazione
scientifica, le esperienze professionali, le pubblicazioni e ogni
altra informazione che possa essere utile per la valutazione del
candidato. La commissione si riserva il diritto di convocare il
candidato per un colloquio, qualora lo ritenesse necessario, al fine
di vagliare o approfondire il curriculum vitae.
Altri titoli valutabili:
- voto di laurea (o titolo equivalente);
- se il candidato la ritiene atta a valutare la propria
attitudine alla ricerca, potra' essere presentata copia della tesi di
laurea e di master;
- master o corsi di specializzazione;
- pubblicazioni scientifiche, corredate da un estratto
(min. 10.000 max. 50.000 caratteri) in lingua
italiana/inglese/francese;
- esperienze di ricerca presso universita' o istituti di
ricerca;
- conoscenza lingue straniere;

DOCTORATE IN HISTORY OF ARCHITECTURE ART SCIENCES AND RESTORATION
Scholarships: four.
Language/s the candidate must know: italian, english and french.
Obligatory requirements:
- Research proposal: the candidate will develop a research
project. The material must be presented in such a way that the Board
will be able to evaluate his/her aptitude for research.
The project should not exceed 20.000 characters;
- Curriculum vitae: scientific training must be specified
together with professional experience, publications and any other
type of training which could be useful in evaluating the candidate.
The evaluation board reserves the right to call the candidate for an
interview should further explanations regarding the curriculum vitae
be required.
Other relevant qualifications:
- grade/mark of degree (or equivalent title);
- the candidate may present a copy of both his/her degree and
master's thesis/dissertation if it is considered to be useful in
assessing his/her aptitude to research;
- master's degree or other specialisation courses;
- scientific publications together with an extract (min. 10.000
max. 50.000 characters) in italian, english or french;
- research experience at other universities or research
centres;
- knowledge of languages (other than italian and english);
- at least two reference letters from scientific referees.
