Indicazioni terapeutiche: epilessia:
adulti e adolescenti: monoterapia per:
epilessia parziale con o senza generalizzazione;
epilessia generalizzata primaria.
La monoterapia nei soggetti di eta' inferiore ai 12 anni e'
sconsigliata;
terapia aggiuntiva per l'epilessia:
attacchi epilettici parziali;
attacchi epilettici generalizzati;
attacchi epilettici primari;
attacchi tonico-clonici secondari;
attacchi associati alla sindrome di Lennox-Gastaut se il
trattamento con altri antiepilettici disponibili non da' esito
positivo;
bambini di eta' superiore ai 2 anni;
terapia aggiuntiva per:
attacchi epilettici parziali;
attacchi associati alla sindrome di Lennox-Gastaut se il
trattamento con altre combinazioni di antiepilettici disponibili non
da' esito positivo.
Questa specialita' medicinale deve essere somministrata solo da
un neurologo o neurologo pediatrico con esperienza nel trattamento
dell'epilessia o utilizzata in reparti di neurologia o simili.
