Si comunica che per le richieste di proroga della validita' di autorizzazioni, rilasciate per forniture di merci dall'Iraq in deroga all'embargo, la rappresentanza permenente d'Italia presso le Nazioni Unite di New York ha trasmesso un modello di formulario - riportato in calce alla presente - predisposto al riguardo dal Comitato sanzioni del Consiglio di sicurezza. Tale formulario, in vigore dal 16 settembre 1994, dovra' essere compilato in lingua inglese dalle ditte italiane interessate ed inviato, unitamente alla richiesta di proroga della validita' dell'autorizzazione, redatta in carta legale, al Ministero del commercio con l'estero - Direzione generale valute - Div.
