riconoscimento. Modifiche apportate ai sensi del Decreto  Legislativo
                      29 dicembre 2007, n. 274.

  Ai sensi della Determinazione  AIFA  25  agosto  2011,  si  informa
dell'avvenuta approvazione  delle  seguenti  modifiche  apportate  in
accordo al REGOLAMENTO (CE) n. 1234/2008 e s.m.i.: 
  Grouping of variations composed by: Type IB B.II.b.1.e variation to
add Menarini-Von Heyden GmbH (MvH) as an alternative site responsible
for bulk manufacturing; Type IB B.II.b.2.a variation to add MvH as an
alternative site  responsible  for  batch  control  of  the  finished
product; 3 x Type IA B.II.b.3.a  variations:  minor  changes  in  the
manufacturing process  of  the  finished  product  performed  by  MvH
variation (to change the blending  time  during  the  third  blending
step; to change the manufacturing step in which magnesium stearate is
added to the powder mix; to delete the  milling  step  of  olmesartan
medoxomil; Type IA B.II.b.3.z variation to add a secondary  packaging
material of  the  bulk  product;  Type  IA  B.II.b.4.a  variation  to
increase the batch size of the finished product manufactured  by  MvH
(from 300 kg to 320 kg); 2 x Type IA B.II.d.1.d variations to  delete
the non-significant  parameter  of  colour  identity  test  from  the
specifications   of   the   finished   product   performed   by   MvH
(identification of ferric oxide, identification of titanium dioxide);
3 x Type IB B.II.d.2.d variations to add alternative test  procedures
to the specifications of the finished product (HPLC  method  to  test
the identity, assay and uniformity of dosage units  parameters;  HPLC
method to test the purity parameter; analytical method  to  test  the
dissolution parameter).

Ufficiale possono essere mantenuti in commercio  fino  alla  data  di
scadenza indicata in etichetta.
