related substances at release and shelf life. 
  1 type IA B.II.d.1.z -  Change  in  the  specifications  parameters
and/or limits of the finished product to more accurately describe the
appearance of the drug product  for  container  appearance  at  shelf
life. 
  2 type IB B.II.d.1.z - Reduction in the  testing  frequency  of  an
analysis, from routine testing  to  skip  or  periodic  testing,  for
microscopic appearance and viscosity at shelf life.
